Pet Project¶

A Pet Project is some idea you'd like to work on, but which is unrelated to a customer project. nxt may support such projects on request.

Request¶

If you'd like to work on a pet project, please request time to do so from management. State the goals, the scope and the budget (time & material) you require. Management will decide if and how it will support your request, partly based on the current situation of the company, and partly based on arbitrary reasons such as (but not limited to) strategic fit.

Intellectual Property¶

The results of all pet projects you're engaging in becomes intellectual property of nxt by default. Contributions to open source projects are exempted from these rules where it is needed in order to make that contribution.
