Communication Principles

We would like to communicate with our customers according to the following principles:

  • We think along with our customers and provide feedback when we see potential for improvement.
  • Our customers can hand over a considerable amount of work to us and do not have to worry about the technical details.
  • Our customers can expect a lot of autonomous work from us.
  • To be efficient, we make assumptions, communicate them, and have our customers review them as needed.
