Communication Principles¶
We would like to communicate with our customers according to the following principles:
- We think along with our customers and provide feedback when we see potential for improvement.
- Our customers can hand over a considerable amount of work to us and do not have to worry about the technical details.
- Our customers can expect a lot of autonomous work from us.
- To be efficient, we make assumptions, communicate them, and have our customers review them as needed.
