Changing the Handbook

There is a pencil icon on the top-right of every chapter. It lets you suggest changes to existing chapters easily and quickly.

If you would like to suggest a whole new chapter, then it's the easiest to clone the handbook repository to your personal device. Then, do the changes using your favorite text editor, commit them and push them to a new branch.

In both cases, be sure to open a new merge request after you've made the change. It is where we will discuss your proposal and decide upon it.

If you need help with the technicalities, please ask anyone who you think is capable of helping you.

Discussions

Every member of nxt is invited to discuss merge requests to the handbook. Please try to provide adequate reasoning in your remarks and suggestions.

Approval

Changes to the handbook require the approval of all available members of the board of directors.
